Our greatest goal is to enrich the everyday life of dogs and their owners. Every product is designed and handmade with true passion — as if it were intended for our own dog.

We are proud that very few products are ever returned to us. It is the best proof that we make them solidly and thoughtfully. However, returns always happen. We have no influence over a customer’s decision to return an item, but we have full control over what happens to the product next.

That is why every returned item is carefully inspected by hand by our specialized team. We do not simply put anything “back on the shelf” or send it out again without checking. Instead, we look for the best solution: whether specialist cleaning is enough, whether it needs repair in our leather workshop, or perhaps just precise reattaching of a tag.

Thanks to this approach, 95% of returned products are brought back to perfect condition and returned to sale — just as beautiful and durable as when they were new.

Anything that, despite our efforts, does not fully meet our strict quality standards (for example, has slightly uneven edges or other minor imperfections) does not end up in the bin. We pass such products on to local animal welfare organizations and shelters, where they get a second — or even third — life, bringing joy to dogs that need it most.

At Dingo, we believe that responsibility for a product does not end at the moment of sale. We want to show that it is possible to run a business differently — with respect for both the customer and what we have created.
