On 8 March 2013 Agata Rutkowska became President of Dingo Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Bydgoszcz (22 Ołowiana Street) and Wojciech Rutkowski became Vice-president of the Management Board.
In 2009, the company’s seat was moved to 22 Ołowiana Street, while production was moved from 3 Maja Street to Kościuszko Street. The new plant was equipped with highly-specialised machinery. In 2009, a decision on the outward extension of the warehouse in Ołowiana Street was made. For that purpose, the company obtained an EU subsidy under the project “Expansion of Dingo Sp. z o.o. and introducing new products into the product portfolio as the key to improving competitiveness within the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013.
In 2000, the company began operating under the name of DINGO Sp. z o.o.
In 1994, after creating the conditions necessary for the employment of persons with disabilities, the company was granted the Supported Employment Enterprise status.
In 1980-90s, the workshop in 3 Maja Street was relocated and extended. The company’s name was changed to Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne DINGO Waldemar Rutkowski and then to Hurtownia i Zakład Produkcyjny DINGO W. Rutkowski. The company’s logo was registered in the Patent Office.
The company was established in 1977 and started to operate in Garbary Street.
